My password is correct but I can't access my account
If when you enter your log in details you are met with a dark blue screen, or rerouted to this page, then your account may be temporarily locked. This can happen for a number of reasons, such as too many incorrect password attempts or outstanding account information.
To unlock your account please reach out to our support team at support@floww.io or via the chat at the bottom of this screen. We may need to ask you a few security questions, or confirm any outstanding account information to support you in unlocking your account.
I can't remember my log in details
If when you attempt to log in you are seeing an incorrect email or password error, as shown below, please first check that your email address is correct. You can see your registered address on any email notification from Floww.
If your email address is correct but you are still unable to log in please select Forgot password? on this screen to initiate a password reset journey. To reset this password you will need access to the registered email address.
I'm seeing a Login Error message
If when you log in, you see the below error message, it means you're likely logged into Floww in multiple tabs, or are trying to access the wrong platform with your log in.
To resolve, please ensure you are using the correct web address for Companies or Investors, and select 'Logout' to reset your log in and try again. If the issue persists please reach out to us at support@floww.io or via the chat option below.
