What information do I need to upload to get started?
Once you have logged into your profile, we request that you upload at least three documents.
- Investor Deck / Presentation (PDF or Word Document)
- Financial Model (Excel Spreadsheet)
- Cap Table (Excel Spreadsheet)
File Types: ppt, pptx, pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx
Templates and guides for each of the above documents can be found here.
We will also request that you upload the necessary information regarding your most recent, closed funding funding round (as applicable) and your current, open funding round (again, as applicable), to indicate to investors that you are currently raising.
