# What category of investor am I?

As an investor, you can participate in a fundraise as an individual, or on behalf of a separate legal entity like a trust, or fund. Once you select how you wish to participate, you’ll need to select the category that best describes your circumstances:

- High Net Worth Individual
- Sophisticated Investor
- Professional Investor
- Eligible Counterparty
