**ACV**: Actual Cash Value or Annual Contract Value (*for SaaS companies*)

**API**: Application Programming Interface

**ARR**: Annual Recurring Revenue

**CAC**: Customer Acquisition Cost

**CAGR**: Compound Annual Growth Rate

**CCC**: Cash Conversion Cycle

**EBIT**: Earnings before Interest and Taxes

**EBITDA**: Earnings before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization

**ERP**: Enterprise Resource Planning - a process used by companies to manage and integrate the important parts of their businesses. An ERP software system can also integrate planning, purchasing inventory, sales, marketing, finance, human resources, etc...

**FCA**: Financial Conduct Authority (UK)

**FTE**: Full-Time Equivalent

**HNWI**: High Net Worth Individual

**IPO**: Initial Public Offering

**IRR**: Internal Rate of Return

**KPI**: Key Performance Indicator

**LP**: Limited Partner

**LTV**: Loan-to-Value

**MGA**: Managing General Agent

**ML**: Machine Learning

**MRR**: Monthly Recurring Revenue
