# Requesting a Change in Categorisation

**Your rights as an investor with Floww**

If you have categorised yourself as a Professional Client or an Eligible Counterparty, you may not be entitled to the same level of protection and compensation rights of a Retail Client.

You should be aware that you are entitled to submit a request in writing to us to categorise yourself under a different category, in order to benefit from a higher level of protection and compensation rights. The responsibility for requesting a different category rests with you and not with Floww Markets.

Please ensure you read the full guidance on all available and supported investor categories to understand which category best fits the needs of you, or the separate legal entity you are investing on behalf of.

 

**How to request a change?**

All requests for re-categorisation should be submitted to compliance-enquiries@floww.io and clearly specify the following:

- Full name;
- Fundraise;
- Current categorisation;
- Proposed new categorisation.

 

Floww Markets are not obligated to accept such requests, however we will consider these on a case by case basis.
