How does FlowwPool allocation work?

Once you have defined the amount you would like to allocate to FlowwPool, Floww uses an algorithm to allocate shares amongst FlowwPool investors. This algorithm prioritises investors based on factors like the the speed to make a commitment and the value of a commitment.

Do all FlowwPool investors get their full allocation?

How much is allocated to investors depends on the scenario and how much is allocated compared to the value of Firm Commitments provided by FlowwPool investors. Typically some investors will get their full allocation and others will get a partial allocation. When oversubscribed, it is likely some FlowwPool investors might not get any allocation.

Can I change my allocation to FlowwPool?

Just like any other investor, you can adjust the shares or amount allocated to FlowwPool until you “complete allocation”. After this, your share allocation is locked and our settlement process starts.

Why is there a maximum amount I can allocate?

When allocating to FlowwPool the maximum available allocation will reflect the total amount of full shares that can be allocated across all investors in FlowwPool. This will be based on the underlying individual commitments to prevent any partial share allocation issues.
