# How do I complete verification and what documents are supported?

**Our verification process consists of three easy steps**:

1\. Upload a Proof of Identity, using a document type listed below

2\. Upload a Proof of Address, using a document type listed below

3\. Take a selfie or record a video

 

**Proof of Identity**:

o Passport

o Full Driver's Licence

o National ID Card

 

**Proof of Address** (*which includes your name in full*):

o Bank or Credit Card Statement (*dated within 3 months*)

o Utility Bill (*dated within 3 months*)

o Tax Statement or Bill (*dated within 12 months*)

o Insurance Policy (*dated within 12 months*)

o Mortgage Statement (*dated within 12 months*)

 

**Please note, you must upload two, different documents. You cannot use the same document for both proof of identity and address. Additionally, we do not accept documents that have been scanned, cropped or otherwise edited or are in black and white.**
