How can I upgrade my account to a Pro subscription?

Upgrading your account couldn’t be easier!

1. Log in to the Floww Platform 
2. Once logged in, locate and click on the "Admin" menu from the Navigation on the left
   
3. Once in the Admin menu, click on the "Subscription" sub-menu under Account Settings
   
4. Click the "Upgrade to Pro" button located on the subscription page
   
   
   Note: if you haven’t already given your card details, you will need to add your payment and billing information at this stage. Your card details will be taken through Stripe, and will result in your account being upgraded to Pro
   
   How to update your payment details
   
   VAT Registered Companies: 
   To ensure we charge you the correct tax, you will need to add your company’s Tax ID #.

   How to Cancel Subscriptions:
   You can cancel your subscription at any time, by clicking the "Cancel Subscription" button located at the bottom of the subscriptions page
