How can I update my cap table?

You can upload an updated cap table to the Floww platform whenever you wish. We recommend updating your cap table whenever there is a change in your share ownership structure (i.e. after closing a successful funding round, for example).

After signing in to your profile, you will land on the "Welcome to Floww" page.

Under the "Your Tasks" heading, select the "Company Info" tile.

The "Let's get started" page loads requesting you to upload your Investor Deck, Financial Model, and Cap Table. Select "Okay, let's go".

The following page will then appear requesting that you confirm / update information about yourself and your company. Complete or confirm the details and then select the "continue" button.

You will then be directed to the next screen to upload your Investor Pitch Deck. If you have already done so, skip this step. If you still need to complete this step, simply drag and drop your Investor Pitch Deck onto the page, or click "select" to search for your file on your computer. Once uploaded, click the "Continue" button.

You will then be directed to the next screen to upload your Financial Model. If you have already done so, skip this step. If you still need to complete this step, simply drag and drop your Financial Model file onto the page, or click "select" to search for your file on your computer. Once uploaded, click the "Continue" button.

You will then be directed to the next screen to upload your Cap Table. Simply drag and drop your Cap Table file onto the page, or click "select" to search for your file on your computer. Once uploaded, click the "Continue" button. The Floww Data Team will then be notified that you have uploaded your Cap Table for processing, and will reach out to you should they have any queries.
