To better secure your Floww account, we have recently introduced MFA, or multi-factor authentication. This is a more robust way of protecting your account and ensuring that only you have access to sensitive information.
How to log in with MFA
Step 1: Log in with your existing email and password
Step 2: Select how you would like to authenticate your account.
You will be required to authenticate your identity by SMS or via an authenticator app, such as Google or Microsoft.
If you select SMS as your authentication method, you will be asked to provide your mobile number, and a code will be sent to this number for authentication.
If you select verifying via an authenticator app, then you will be given the option to either receive a one time code via a QR scan, or to generate a code which can be added directly into your authentication app.
Step 4: Confirm your verification code
Once you have confirmed your code you will have the option to continue to Floww, or to create a passkey, or biometric log in, which will speed up this process for your next log in.
If you choose to continue without a passkey, you will be asked to repeat the above steps every time you log in.
How to set up your passkey
To continue with setting up your biometric log in, please select create a passkey. This will then use your device system to confirm either your fingerprint or face recognition. Once created, this will work across any synced device you have, so you can easily access via your mobile or desktop.
Logging in with your passkey
If you create a passkey, then on your next log in, all you will have to do is confirm your biometric login (eg. face ID or fingerprint) to unlock your Floww account. No need to use your email and password.
