As part of the fundraise process, you will submit a number of documents to be shared with potential investors on the Floww Platform. We take data privacy very seriously at Floww and further information on how we use your data can be found here.
The documents you share are intended to give eligible investors an overview of your company, and to provide them with sufficient information, in addition to their own research, to make a well informed decision, that is right for them.
There are different classifications for documents on our platform, which will be accessed at different stages on an investors journey. These documents can be categorized as Level 1 (L1), Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3).
We’ve provided an overview on these classifications below:
- L1 (Initial Info/Teaser): High level company information that allows potential investors to learn more about your company prior to going through our investor Due Diligence process.

L2 (Financial Promotion): These documents are shared with potential eligible investors who need to understand more about the details of your business. L2 documents are shared with eligible investors to view your further details about your business to support them in making a well informed investment decision that is right for them.

L3 (Material Disclosures): These are highly confidential documents that you would only want to share with investors that have made a commitment in your business.
