Investor Fees

SPV Management & Custody

After 5 years, investors will incur an annual SPV Management & Custody Fee of 0.10% on the amount of their original investment.

Please note investors have the ability to remove their investment from our structure at any time.

Corporate Actions

Administrative fee for corporate actions including dividends will be assessed on a cost basis.

All sorts of unpredictable things happen with early stage companies. We want to enable your growth and will only charge you a fair fee based on our costs.

Secondaries

Permitted transfers and direct secondaries are included at no additional costs. Secondaries via a platform will be subject to the cost of that platform and any costs we incur in supporting the transaction.
