Can I still invest if the fundraise target has been exceeded?

• Yes, you can still make a commitment if the progress bar shows the company has exceeded their target. Companies strive to be oversubscribed and many choose to extend their fundraise.
• You can still make (or increase the value of) your commitment until the fundraise closes. You can see each fundraise closing date on their page.
• If you’ve made a soft commitment, even when the target is exceeded, you’ll need to submit a firm commitment in order to be allocated shares.
